What you will learn
Four sessions, the whole title split method.
Small groups, live with James, with the questions answered as they come up. The topics, session by session:
Session 2: structure, leases and valuation
The two-company structure every split needs and why it exists, how the leasehold flats are created, and how valuers reach a figure for a block whole and split.
Session 3: finding the blocks
Search criteria and where to look, calculating the aggregate value of a block as separate flats, and using Searchland to go direct to vendor, with a free month for new users.
Session 4: due diligence and deal stacking
Checking a building from a distance before you travel, then stacking the deal with every cost line in: price, finance, legals, plans, registration time and exit.

What does Deals and Analysis cost?

Who is Deals and Analysis for?
Anyone who wants to learn how to find, analyse and structure a title split: first-time investors, portfolio landlords, and the surveyors, solicitors, agents and architects who want to see the whole chain rather than their own link in it. No previous title split experience is needed.
Is it live, and who teaches it?
Live, over video, in small groups, and James Lynch teaches every session personally. There is time for questions in each one, and the recordings are available for a month afterwards if you miss a session.
Does it walk me through my own deal?
No. It teaches you the method so you can source and analyse blocks yourself, and introduces you to the professionals you will need. If you already have a deal on the table and want James beside you through it, that is Offer to Exit, on the brochure page.
What happens after the four sessions?
Graduates can join #TheTitleSplitCommunity for ongoing support: a weekly deal clinic, finance updates, case studies and a private group, at £99 a month plus VAT, cancel any time.
